Job Summary:

We are seeking a proficient 3D CAD Designer who excels in using SolidWorks to engineer and design mechanical components and systems. In this role, you’ll refine our 3D models and create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate smart, efficient manufacturing processes. Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a closely related field, with a focus on product design and development. Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years of professional experience in a design or manufacturing setting.
• Strong proficiency in using SolidWorks for 3D modeling and technical documentation. Experience with other CAD software is a plus. If you have a solid foundation in mechanical design principles and have worked on detailed technical projects, you are the candidate we are looking for.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively communicate complex design ideas and a history of working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• While experience in mechanical design is essential, we're especially interested if you have deep expertise in product lifecycle management and advanced manufacturing techniques. This could mean working directly on complex mechanical products or conducting research that's specifically aimed at improving manufacturing processes.
